Office Assistant START ASAP! 17/hr

Every third Saturday 9-4 otherwise 8-5 or 9-6 M-F. flexible on the M-F.
- Greet customers and assist in finding sales rep
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Daily report of permit requests to send to owner
- Send customer reviews based on prior day’s invoices – daily
- Weekly missing down payment reports sent to each salesperson
- Label samples as needed
- Email and/or mail daily invoices
- Prepare and mail monthly statements
- Print tags for new carpet and vinyl rolls as they are put on the floor
- Update REM tags as needed (from the floor)
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-GED or High School Diploma -1 year of administrative experience -1 year of strong data entry experience in a previous role - 1 year experience in accounting type role -Open to background, but must have good work history (no more than 2 jobs in the past 3 years)
