Desktop Support Technician

We are looking for someone to add to their US Desktop Support team. They have 2 plants in Chattanooga, 1 in Huntsville, and 1 in Atlanta that would be the immediate workload and then the greater desktop team supports 13 plants nation wide. This person would need to be on site in Chattanooga, TN 5 days a week to provide hands on and remote support for the 40 on site users and support the overall ticket queue for plant IT. They are a Windows shop and most systems are on Windows 10. They will be handling all level 2 support as well as a fair amount of imaging and deployment of new systems via the AutoPilot tool (InTune). They also have SCCM so that doesn't hurt either. This person will troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and some light cabling. They will need to handle basic Active Directory pw resets and then be setting up new users in Office 365 as well.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Great soft skills and customer service
- Must be open to occasionally traveling to the Huntsville/Atlanta plants (1 hour commute and allowed mileage), but won't be regular occurrence.
- Pretty straight forward Desktop Support, but may need to go on the plant floor near production lines.
