This person will be observing and reacting to the SMT Machinery creating circuit boards. The machines are highly automated, so most of the job is being reactive to the machine when it goes in downtime. This is light assembly, with each line having different stations. Some examples of assembly are putting a wire through a hole on a panel, moving panels over to be scanned, etc. A production background and/or assembly background works best.
