Entry Level Logistics Coordinator

Prominent Aston Carter client looking to add an Entry Level Logistics Coordinator to their team...

Location: Knoxville, TN

Hours: Monday through Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm)

Description:

• Manage and fulfill requests for paperwork (BOLs, Delivery Tickets) for internal and external customers
• Assist in entering delivery information into applicable system to complete orders
• Work collaboratively with internal departments as well external vendors
• Communicate with company drivers as well as 3rd party carriers to resolve paperwork needs via email, phone calls, etc.
• Provide order research assistance to customers and internal departments
• Ability to identify patterns and escalate issues as needed
• Other duties as assigned
