We are looking for a full time contract to hire IT technician to join their growing team. This technician will provide support for their internal employees and external customers. The company has a software called TapRoot that is root cause analysis software and have a large number of clients that call in for support with the software. Techs will be trained on their software, servers, some SQL, and will be required to have at least 1-2 years experience providing call center support for Windows devices. Apple knowledge is preferred as well. Techs must provide great service since they are the customer-facing unit for the company.
