Healthcare Call Center Agent

We are currently working with a prominent Medical company in the Nashville area who is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their Call Center team. This is an in office Contract to hire position. Paying between $17-$18.50hr depending on experience. Training schedule is typically 8am-5pm and then your schedule changes to 11am-8pm Monday-Friday.
Opportunity to go direct with Client, benefits, increase in pay, and quarterly bonuses.
The Customer Service Representative will be handling on average 60-70 inbound calls per day, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, explaining customer packets, obtain medical history, and more.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year Call Center experience in a Health care related role both inbound and outbound.
- Scheduling experience.
- Ability to remain professional when handling upset customers.
- Ability to multitask and enter data in an accurate and timely manner.
- Strong computer skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Medical Terminology preferred.
