Actalent is currently working with a manufacturing client in search of a Quality Engineer to join the team!

Job Overview

The Quality Engineer will serve as the initial point of contact between customer and the client, lead and champion root cause analysis. They will also manage the product launches for the new programs, changes (internal and external). They will be the head Quality Engineer over a certain line. This will be a floor support position with a lot of customer interfacing and communicating as well.

Key Skills Preferred:

• Root Cause Analysis, Quality Engineering, GD&T, APQP, Control Plans, PPAP, Process Flow, Electronic Assembly, Corrective Action Plans, Pfmea, 8D, Fishbone, 5Why

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a Quality Engineer
• Degree in Engineering preferred
• Experience with Electronic components is a plus, but not required
