Client is looking to hire multiple Remote Support Techs for their L1 support team. This person will be responsible for supporting external clients utilizing company's online application platform. This will primarily involve troubleshooting product issues on a SQL backend. Must be able to work through a backlog of tickets, work directly with the customers, self-manage their time, and perform basic SQL commands (select, update, delete, joins, etc.).
