This is an administration coordinator role within the Patient Navigation Center (call center).
Duties for this role include:
-Screen incoming phone calls, provide accurate information to callers and route calls to the appropriate person or location.
-Greet incoming visitors and maintain security awareness.
-Receive and sort incoming mail.
-Order supplies for office and staff.
-Maintain and upkeep of facility, break room and store room. i.e. light cleaning duties.
-Coordinate with vendors such as; copiers, couriers, timeclocks, repairs, consumables, etc.
-Support leadership with various administrative projects.
-Assist with planning seating arrangements.
-Keep team member phone list updated and office cubicles such as name plates.
-Assist with termination requests.
-Calendar management with outlook.
-Assist with special events to arrange furniture and order food.
-Serve as main point of contact for building management.
