Job Description

Our client is looking to hire Remote Support Techs for their L1 Support Team. They will be responsible for supporting the external clients utilizing their online banking platform. This will primarily involve troubleshooting product issues on a SQL back end. They need to be able to work through a backlog of tickets, work directly with the

customer, self manage their time, and perform basic SQL commands (select, update, delete, joins, etc.).

In addition they may be required to support other backend server issues, OS errors, and other basic IT troubleshooting. Candidates should also be adept at Log reading, and replicating an issue as a troubleshooting step.

The ideal candidate would have 2-3+ years of experience performing backend application support, utilizing SQL in that role. They will however look at candidates that

have 1-2+ years of technical support experience and at least the knowledge of how to perform basic SQL commands. There will be a 20 question assessment

partially covering SQL.


Work Environment

- Will be up to the candidate if they would like to work Hybrid, Fully Remote, or Onsite.

- All candidates will start on the 8AM -5PM (Central) shift, but can eventually move to either 7AM – 4PM or 10AM -7PM.
