Summary/Objective: The Operations Supervisor will support all call center staff and implement call center strategies and operations; improving systems and processes; and mentoring and developing staff. Essential Duties: • Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades. • Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. • Delegate objectives and day-to-day tasks for the contact center team. • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, processes, technology etc.) • Analyze call-center metrics and address accordingly. • Be involved in the hiring, onboarding and training processes. • Provide coaching and assistance to team and individuals. • Assist management in ensuring performance goals are met. • Mentor and give direction and provide training on best practices. • Take escalated customer service calls and pursue resolution while de-escalating the situation at hand.
