Bilingual Healthcare Support (Remote)

Actalent is hiring for a bilingual healthcare support role for an organization in the Austin area. This will be a fully remote role but selected candidate will need to be based in the Central Texas area (Austin, San Antonio, Waco, Temple, etc.).

Responsibilities include:

- Answer inbound calls in the patient que in a timely manner.

- Completing community health worker questionnaires that cover a patients past and present health history and then placing referrals to the correct registered nurses based on their assessment of the patient's needs.

- Coordinate with patients to help them find a provider in their network, where to pickup prescriptions, coordinate transportation, give patients resources to access treatments/care, and other aspects of an individuals health they are there to help.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• 6+ months in healthcare setting
• Data Entry Skills
• High School Diploma
