The Industrial Maintenance Technician serves as a subject matter expert and member of the production team reporting directly to the Plant Manager as it relates to the maintenance of the industrial equipment essential to produce the product. The employee is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and preventive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of business goals. He/she will assist in the daily operation and direction of the maintenance function including setting priorities and troubleshooting problems that could cause production schedule failures; act as a lead on designated activities and interface with operators and external contacts in the accomplishment of organizational goals and objectives.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must haves:

•Experience working as Maintenance Technician in Industrial Maintenance manufacturing environment

•Working knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance techniques

•3+ years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience

Nice to haves:

•Associate’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Maintenance

•Maintenance Journeyman’s Card or equivalent certification

•Supervisory, team leadership, or other experience that enable accepting a leadership role to advise Distillery Plant Manager
