Remote Customer Service Rep - El Paso

Location: El Paso, TX - 2 Weeks in office Training - FULLY REMOTE AFTER

Hours: 8 hour shift between 6AM-6PM CST

Pay: $18/hr

Description:

This position will be a call center work environment. Day to Day will be taking calls back to back. 90% of the job will be taking phone calls and assisting with Annual Enrollment. Employers hire ADP specifically for their benefits. Our contractors will be taking phone calls from individuals who need help enrolling. Could be taking 30-50 calls a day, but really need someone who is comfortable helping individuals

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Call Center Experience Preferred but not required

Strong customer service minded individuals

Need to be comfortable working on computers
