Remote CSR - Must Live In Texas

*Aston Carter is hiring 25 Remote Call Center Representatives in Texas to start in July*

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide premium service and build relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email and social media correspondence.
• Calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions.

REQUIRMENTS:

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Type 40 WPM & High Speed Internet (50 mbps download)
• Quiet, distraction free work environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Remote but MUST LIVE IN TX
• Contract position through January

SCHEDULE:

• Training: Mon-Fri 8a-6p MST

Regular Schedule: Mon-Sat 7a-7p (schedules are not set - schedule bid biweekly) - 40 hour work week
