Remote Program Specialist

Description:

The healthcare company is kicking off its “rever" season with a project, a prescription drug used to treat ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. In this position, contractors will be expected to split their time making outbound calls to payers to collect information pertaining to the drug and taking inbound calls from patients to reverify all the information they have on file for the patient or a family member using the drug.

--Responsible for serving as the customer’s primary point of contact providing operational and reimbursement support to complex programs within Fortrea.

--Own issues and remove obstacles that prevent patients or providers from accessing the therapies requested.

--Be a self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative, identifying barriers, and working with the appropriate parties to eliminate these obstructions for the customer.

--Proficient and knowledgeable about all the services provided on an assigned program and may support multiple client products or programs.

--Must be disciplined with the ability to speak with customers, sit and talk for long stretches.

Shift - M-F, 8 am - 6 pm EST
