Job Descriptions:
Customer Service Representative
- Answering incoming calls from customers who need assistance with general questions on their account, payment, information, title request etc.
Customer Accounts Representative
- Light/soft collections (payments that are between 1 and 29 days past due).
- Assist customers with their accounts from adding a credit card, changing their expired payment method, turning on auto-pay etc.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail
- Must have excellent Communication Skills
- Experience with customer service and problem resolution
Schedule: (This position is in-office in Irving, TX)
- Customer Service Representative
- Monday – Friday (8AM – 5PM) with one Saturday a month (8AM – 12PM)
- Saturdays are overtime pay
- Customer Accounts Representative
- Monday – Friday (8AM – 5 PM) with two late nights a week (11AM – 8PM late nights are never on Friday) and 1-2 Saturdays a month (8AM –12 PM)
- One week of the month will be all 7-4, with Saturday 7-12 for that week.
- Saturdays are overtime pay
