Payroll Analyst

Description:

• Review, analyze, and verify payroll reports for accuracy and make necessary adjustments
• Process Multi State and Local payroll
• Run bi-weekly and Semi-Monthly payroll
• Process garnishments, new hires, termination, transfers, and LOA’s.
• Complete weekly timecards calculation audits to ensure accuracy of shift differential hours, retro pay, double time hours, and overtime hours
• Maintain compliance and process involuntary deductions such as child support orders, garnishments, and levies as required to ensure proper payments are made to the courts timely 
• Complete and return verifications of employment timely
• Assist in auditing monthly accruals and adjusting any corrections due to hours worked vs leave of absence

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1 year of construction payroll experience

Excel experience pivot tables and v look ups

Multi-local payroll

Bi-monthly payroll cycle

Weekly payroll cycle
