Summary:
On a daily basis you will be maintaining a high volume of chat cases and prioritize closing the cases out and resolving the customers issues.
Job Duties:
- Assist patient members with enrollment in drug savings programs
- Directly communicate with patient assistance programs to facilitate the approval of medications
- Assist patient members with enrollment
- Educate patient members about their pharmacy benefits and answer questions as needed
- Answer questions over chat and problem solve
- Manage a wide variety of customer service and administrative tasks to resolve customer issues
- Use various system tools to interact and assist clients
- Provide support to customers through chat
- Used troubleshooting steps to resolve issues
- Managed the customers account and Handled incoming chats
- Updating customer information
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mac, MS Office, G-Suite required
****2+ years of CHAT experience in a call center metric environment
-Candidates that are experienced with taking multiple chats at once
-1+ years experience in help desk or troubleshooting role a plus
-Technical Support/Tech Savvy - Must be able to navigate 4+ computer programs at once and comfortable toggling two different screens
