Mechanical Designer

**Looking for Non-US experience**

Description:

Our client is looking to add a Mechanical Designer to join their Mechanical team. They will be designing mainly multifamily buildings within Revit, AutoCAD, and other MEP software's as needed. The ideal candidate has experience on multifamily projects, the ability to work autonomously on their designs, and knowledge of the Mechanical side specifically.

Day to Day:

This person will do their own CAD work, design, layouts, develop their own schedules, communicate with other MEP designers, PM's.

Work with cities, code officials...get questions answered, interact with client limited degree (from time to time).

Proficient in multifamily design has been most ideal, can teach it but the commercial people tend to have a learning curve.

Good written verbal/communication skills.
