Description:

We are looking to add a NOC Analyst to their Command Center night shift. This contract is funded until the end of 2022, and they are ideally wanting to convert this person full time.

This person will be responsible for contributing to the ongoing 24/7 operations of the command center for the bank's production environment. They will be responsible for monitoring all production environments, responding to alerts and issues, and documenting along the way. They will work with both information security and operations teams to help resolve any issues that might arise. There will be an escalation point if the issue is too complex.
