Front Desk Administrator

Primary duties will be to greet visitors and employees as they enter the office, direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel, mail, make conference room reservations, and order food for meetings, when necessary. Other duties will include keeping the main conference room and kitchen area clean. Coffee and tea will also need to be made in the mornings upon arrival to work and when there are morning meetings.
Cleaning, wiping down every two hours
Greeting guests and employees
Masks are required
Assist with check in and check out
Front desk, administrative support, Microsoft office, clerical support, Filing, Receptionist
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong customer service and communication skills
Strong job tenure
