Description:

-Perform maintenance, repair, complex troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic and electrical components of machines. -Must be able to troubleshoot faults, failures and problems of machinery. -Responds in a timely fashion to problems, emergencies related to maintenance and repair. -Read and interpret schematics, manuals and work orders to perform required service. -Examine machines and equipment in root cause analysis troubleshooting and performance analysis. -Suggesting and driving continuous improvement projects. -Contributes to team effort by maintaining regular attendance, communicating regularly and professionally, accomplishing related results and performing all other necessary duties as directed by managers -Notifies supervisor concerning need for major repairs or additions to automation equipment. -Maintains a clean, safe work area. -Organized with excellent safety practices. -Good communication skills and the ability to work with different levels of employees with focus on customer service. -Must have a flexible schedule -Provide support to others as a technical resource for the Maintenance and Refrigeration departments. Provide pass-down of events/issues that took place throughout the night.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES: Industrial maintenance from manufacturing (any industry - food/bev = BVA) Electrical troubleshooting – must have 480v 3 phase troubleshooting will also work on 120v, 24v, 277v PLC – basic experience (input/output analog signal), sensors, switches; hardware no software - no programming Manufacturing equipment troubleshooting/repair experience: conveyors, large convection ovens, valves, newer automated equipment (robotics), motors, robotic casing equipment (going heavily automated in future) Pneumatic experience BVA Strong in automation/PLC robotics (going more automated in future) building maintenance – steam system, water system (water softener), cooling tower, general HVAC Food manufacturing equipment experience Refrigeration experience; coolers/chillers/HVAC
