In Office Appointment Scheduler - Urgently Hiring!

Medical Case Specialists are handling inbound and outbound calls that are required to schedule and setup appointments for Veterans. They will be calling Veterans, and need to understand that each call will be different, and they need to be ready to deal with any kind of personality. While they are on the phone with the Veteran, they will put them on hold and call the doctors office, or medical facility on another line to schedule them for the time and place the Veteran requested. They will then switch lines and catch the Veteran up on their conversation with the doctors office, or medical facility. They need to be understanding and customer service focused with the Veteran, and then also personable, and sometimes pushy with the offices they are calling to ensure that the Veteran isnt waiting for too long.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to talk on the phone, and type to log in information at the same time.
- They have to understand the entire process, and cant be someone that just wants to take calls and just worry about their small part in the process.
