Sand plant doing PM and repairing many different pieces of equipment; pumps, motors, conveyors, valves, hoses, elevator (sand lift), press machine, some automated equipment Performing PM on conveyors, pumps, motors, replace bearings, replace parts, start up, PMs, greasing Must take initiative to find next duty if they "free up" single phase and 3 phase motors mechanical repairs PMs = oiling/greasing equipment Must know basic hand and power tools BVA welding (Stick), industrial manuf. maint experience, $15 then 90 days $18 SHIFT: start on days (at least 2 weeks), 4 months rotating Everyone rotates 4 months OT 4 hours/week 3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off, 12 hour days Additional OT available if candidate asks Hours 7a(6:45)-7p, 7p(6:45)-7a (safety meeting at 6:45am/pm every day) currents from: Jourdanton, Pleasanton, SA, stockdale, la vernia, Seguin, 1 from katy Start any day of the week, we can send sub package and have them start as early as next day, need to ask if they've worked there before, only 1 person eligible for rehire at this time Eligible for rehire if they give 2 weeks notice and work the 2 weeks

Must have 1+ years experience in a Technician/mechanic type role (automotive, home depot, etc is okay if locked down on environment of plant-dirty noisy, hot) Minimal facial hair for safety reasons Must know basic hand and power tool Understand basic electrical concepts Able to read blue prints "no job is too small" attitude Able to jump wherever needed within the plant Willing to learn and be trained on basic preventative maintenance of manufacturing equipment
