Job Title: Fluxcore Welder

Job Description
Join our team as a Welder, where you will utilize your skills in Flux Core Welding on Mild Steel to construct barges. This role involves MIG, TIG, and blueprint translation, as well as collaborating within a team under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform Flux Core Welding on Mild Steel.
- Utilize MIG and TIG welding techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team under a supervisor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous welding experience of 3-6 months is required.

Work Environment
The position requires working in an outdoor environment, which can be very hot. Safety gear includes steel-toed ankle-high leather boots, long sleeves, and pants. The role prohibits wearing contact lenses due to welding smoke. The work schedule includes a 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 3:30 pm, and a 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 3:15 pm to 12:45 am.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ashland City, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.30 - $21.30/hr.
