Job Title: Inventory Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will track inventory maintenance, control the flow of equipment and supplies, and report to management with process improvement suggestions. Responsibilities include evaluating and managing stock rotation procedures, maintaining inventory storage space in the warehouse, training store staff in stocking procedures and product dating methods, placing inventory restock orders, and communicating with store management about any inventory issues. You will also work with management if products are missing or damaged within a shipment.

Hard Skills

• 2 years of experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working in an ERP system
• JD Edwards experience a plus

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 8 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Columbia, Tennessee.
