Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

Responsible for troubleshooting, improving, and maintaining the process oven equipment and controllers of the plant. Perform a variety of functions in the development and improvement of production methods, processes, machines, automation/interface, equipment, and tooling designs. Work collectively with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and other departments to improve manufacturing methods and reduce costs. Maintain product and process specifications including database and report modifications as needed. Investigate problems in production or operations and devise solutions to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Recommend improvements in preventive maintenance, safety, and housekeeping.
