Location: Knoxville, TN

Schedule: 20–40 hours/week (flexible, may include floating between clinics)

*NOT GUARANTEED 40 HOURS A WEEK*

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our pediatric clinic team. This is a dynamic role offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work closely with a consistent provider across two clinic locations. Key Responsibilities

• Record and monitor patient vitals
• Triage patients and assist with clinical assessments
• Conduct follow-up calls and communicate with parents/guardians
• Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during visits
• Perform room sanitation and maintenance
• Conduct point-of-care (POC) testing
• Perform phlebotomy procedures

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant
• Proficiency in phlebotomy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications:

• RMA or CMA certification
• High School Diploma or GED (required prior to onboarding)

Work Environment & Benefits

• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break)
