Input Responsibilities


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting
  • 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Ability to perform month end close and balance sheet account reconciliations


  • CPA or equivalent
  • Experience working with a fast-paced, high-tech start-up or similar company
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations
  • Aptitude for information technology
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Daily Schedule

- Managing a pipeline of third-party carriers

- Managing relationship with the carriers

- Gathering documents and data from carriers

- Analyzing data and using it to populate and compile and profit and loss statement

- Going over end product and getting questions answered via a live one-hour phone call with the carrier partners (owners) to make sure we have understood the transactions correctly

Interaction with team

- Collaboratively

- Will have team meetings

- They will have a mentor and will be working with one person closely

- Reviewing work, helping, answering questions
