We’re looking for passionate, reliable individuals to help prepare meals for patients, visitors, and staff in a fast-paced hospital kitchen that serves over 700 guests daily. Your work will directly impact the well-being of those in care—every plate matters.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook large batches of nutritious meals with precision and care.
• Work in a dedicated kitchen area, following clear directions to ensure safety and quality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while being mindful of patient needs and situations.
• Be part of a team that values efficiency, compassion, and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1.5+ years in large-batch cooking and food preparation.
• Skills: Strong customer service, ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 100 lbs.
• Mindset: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Shift Window: 5:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Hours: 8-hour shifts within this timeframe
• Days: Monday–Friday with rotating weekends

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
