JOB SUMMARY: The CFI Program Manager will coordinate initiatives and effectively manage the end customer, Supply Chain Partners, and internal cross functional teams. The PM role is responsible for the overall relationship with customers as well as co-working with Global internal business operations and logistics to ensure the overall objectives of the program are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and Control operations impact to Program P&Ls to drive strong financial performance.
  • Review weekly OPR reporting to analyze gross profit analysis. Work internally to address pricing or costing issues for alignment
  • Coordinate resolution of invoice discrepancies by providing necessary information (pricing, POD's, etc.) working with customer, WWT Finance, and Logistics to resolve discrepancy.
  • Review of AR Aging to determine if in profile. Aid and support to WWT Finance for escalation of issues.
  • Oversee management of Excess and Obsolete inventory issues
  • Work closely with Program Financial Analyst to ensure CFI pricing strategy is profitable, and coordinate quarterly pricing modification
  • Develop a Trusted Advisor relationship with existing customer contacts. Develop new relationships within Dell and supply chain partners
  • Serve as liaison between customer, ODM, and internal departments to meet customer requirements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and SLA's are met.
  • Develop Incremental business that extends the program and/or identifies new business opportunities with the customer.
  • Manage schedule, scope, and milestone performance of the program.
  • Prepare and present data for executive review, related to financials and/or operational initiatives
  • Manage the day-to-day program/projects as needed to grow the business.
  • Manage major issue resolution and risk mitigation.
  • Recognize opportunities for innovation and drive continuous improvements to the customer and financial/operational teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 8-10 years of related experience. Broad knowledge of purchasing, finance, and/or business administration.
  • Over 5 yrs. experience in end-to-end supply chain management (scheduling, planning, warehousing, fulfillment)
  • Over 7 years of supervisory experience
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role and strong relationship building skills.
  • Must demonstrate strategic thinking, thought leadership, as well as ability to lead initiatives through implementation
  • Excellent communication skills including ability to persuasively deliver presentations to senior executives and partners.
  • Strong math and statistical knowledge
  • PC literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal management direction
  • APICS and/or CPM certification recommended
