What You’ll Do
- 🗓️ Coordinate work schedules and manpower forecasts for operations teams.
- 🛠️ Manage commissioning constraints and resolve post-installation issues in Basebuild utility systems.
- 🔄 Integrate construction and design timelines with commissioning milestones.
- 📊 Deliver clear reports and updates on schedule and quality metrics.
- 👷 Conduct on-site system and facility assessments.
- 🔍 Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot system failures.
- 🧠 Train suppliers on commissioning software and manage access.
- 🤝 Collaborate with engineering teams and client stakeholders.
What You Bring
- ✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience in commissioning or construction for Instrumentation & Control (I&C)or Electrical Basebuild systems.
- 🧰 Proficiency with Rockwell Automation,PLC5, and ControlLogix platforms.
- 🏗️ Experience with large-scale capital projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- 🧠 Strong grasp of Design/Build processes and complex process system architecture.
- 📐 Deep understanding of P&IDs, device selection, SCADA, and I/O architectures.
- 🌡️ Familiarity with industrial environments: HVAC, gas/chemical distribution, clean rooms, and more.
- 🗣️ Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
- 🎓 Associate’s degree or technical certification in control systems or electrical/mechanical engineering.
- 🖥️ 3+ years working with control systems in data centers or similar environments.
- 💡 Experience with BMS, SCADA, and conducting I/O checkouts.
- 🧩 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 🤝 Team player with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
