Description
We are seeking a Technical Writer to support the review and modernization of existing work instructions and procedural documentation within its manufacturing and engineering operations. This is a short‑term contract role focused on updating an established documentation baseline that has become outdated. The Technical Writer will partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure work instructions accurately reflect current processes and are clear, consistent, and usable on the production floor. Responsibilities: -Review, revise, and update existing work instructions and process documentation to align with current manufacturing and engineering practices -Collaborate directly with engineers, technicians, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather accurate technical content -Translate complex technical and mechanical processes into clear, concise, step‑by‑step documentation -Ensure documentation is consistent with internal standards, formatting, and quality requirements -Identify gaps, outdated information, or inconsistencies in existing documentation and recommend improvements -Support version control and documentation change tracking

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
