90% of the month you will be traveling and working remote 10%.

Description: As a Bilingual Customer Service Trainer, you will play a key role in onboarding and supporting new clients as they integrate the software solutions. This role combines customer service, technical support, and training.

  • As a Bilingual Customer Service Trainer you will be in charge of assisting new customers with getting acclimated within various software they have purchased
  • This position will require travel (both locally by car and nationally by plane) for up to 1 week per month
  • Response to inquiries via email and phone
  • Travel to client sites to help with software installation to assist with any questions
  • Train employees at client site to become proficient within the software

Pay:

  • $19.23

Shift:

  • Monday-Friday (with occasional weekends/overnight at times based on travel)

Training: Will be virtual

  • After the training, you will begin traveling to new clients to onboard and train them on the software

Travel: (by plane or car) to new school districts who have signed up to utilize the software and POS systems for the first time

  • Conduct training with staff on how to utilize the systems
  • Shadow the staff utilizing the systems to assist with real time questions
  • On "off days" when not traveling, they will field inbound calls from HQ regarding customer questions about logins that are overflow from the call center (this will be handled remotely)
