Description

PURPOSE:

We are looking for a resource to assist in migrating approximately 7000 users from an existing Office 365 and G-Suite tenant to our Hyatt Office 365 Tenant. The candidate will work hand in hand with our messaging team on all migration related activity including moving mailbox data, domains, and MX records.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate migration of domains from one O365 tenant to another.

• Work on migrating users from G-Suite to Office 365.

• Work with hotels and project management to schedule and move user mailboxes and accompanying data.

• Assist messaging team in troubleshooting migration related issues.

• Assist in cleanup efforts upon completion of migrations.


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive Experience in Office 365 Administration

• Experience with Azure AD as it relates to Office 365.

• Ability to execute PowerShell scripts with minor customization.

• Familiarity with Active Directory

• Ability to work as part of a team and meet tight timelines.

• Highly self-motivated and directed.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.


PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Previous experience with BitTitan Migration Wiz or similar tool.

• Familiarity with Mimecast or similar platform.

• Knowledge of G-Suite Messaging Products.
