Marketing Specialist II
Responsibilities/Duties:
-Responsible for partnering with the Marketing Managers to develop plans for execution of content experimentation initiatives and development of KPIs required to deliver insights and recommendations
-Support and maintain online traffic into Outlet sites via various marketing solutions using internal marketing tools
-Analyze and track performance of marketing campaigns optimize performance and share learning with the team on a weekly cadence
-Subject-matter expert ensuring all campaigns meet and obtain content bar-raising guidelines and approvals
-Earn trust from internal and external partners manage multiple projects and balancing contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment
-Drive Experimentation end-to-end from generating a hypothesis to sharing results with leadership
-Partner with translation partners to ensure parity with Language of Preference for customers
-Drive the graphic production process in partnership with copy-writing and creative teams
-Develop the onsite merchandising plan required to deliver on the proposed Customer Experience plan of record
-Develops operational mechanisms to scale productivity while raising quality bar across global teams
-Collaborate with internal teams effectively seek to understand user experience and stakeholder perspective on operational processes and deliver clear solutions to stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
-3 years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns including email on-device/mobile and/or display
-Writing customer-facing copy that is on-brand relevant and tailored to the online customer
-Proficiency with Content Management Systems and ability to edit basic HTML and XML
-1 years experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data.
-Must be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis. This includes familiarity with VLookups Pivot tables and other such functionalities.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating to management
