As a CBRE Sr Financial Analyst you'll be responsible for evaluating financial data, conducting modeling and forecasting, and translating insights into guidance for business leaders. This position supports one of CBRE's largest retail clients.

What You'll Do:
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning processes
- Building and maintaining financial models
- Presenting insights to executives and department leaders
- Conducting variance analysis on financial performance
- Preparing dashboards, reporting packages, and scenario analyses
- Assisting with competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and market research
- Monitoring KPIs and financial trends
- Partnering with teams on business cases, strategic initiatives, and cost-optimization projects
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
- Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations
