Job Title: Service Engineer

Job Description

The Service Engineer will work on a variety of challenging technical assignments such as constructing, repairing, testing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and installing equipment, RF/microwave products, and electro-mechanical devices, components, and systems. You will work from sketches, drawings, schematics, and verbal instructions, under some supervision with autonomy. This position will be primarily installing and testing equipment at overseas locations. Extensive travel will be required for extended stays.

Hard Skills

• Constructing, repairing, troubleshooting, calibrating, adjusting, testing, and maintaining electronic and mechanical equipment
• Working from schematics, engineering drawings, and wire lists
• Operating related electronic and mechanical equipment
• Recommending changes or modifications to improve operations or quality
• Determining methods, operations, and sequences for procedures
• AutoCAD proficiency

Soft Skills

• Team oversight
• Autonomous work under some supervision
• Verbal and written communication

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Dallas, Texas.

Work Environment

International remote locations; manufacturing and office settings when back in the US.
