Pharmacist – Clinical-Focused Closed-Door Pharmacy

📍North Fort Worth, TX | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On-Site with potential for Hybrid schedule after initial contract period.

Actalent is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join a respected healthcare organization in a closed-door pharmacy setting. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists who value patient care and want a predictable schedule with long-term stability.

What You’ll Do

• Provide phone-based medication counseling to ensure safe and effective therapy.
• Perform accurate prescription verification and maintain compliance standards.
• Lead and supervise pharmacy technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas Pharmacist license(required)
• 2+ years of experience in counseling and prescription verification
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to start within 2 weeks

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.
