*Embedded Software Developer - CommSat*

This person will be joining the lunar team that are designing, building, and operating a fleet of lunar lander vehicles. The company is building Spacecraft vehicles that will have multiple payloads. This person will be working with the design team for Embedded Software Development for the communication specific portion of these lunar landers. They are currently building a control center and HQ to be able to run the missions. They have three current missions slated for this year.

This person will be responsible for development in C/C++. They will be designing, implementing and maintaining embedded flight software features and improvements. They will be working with hardware, processors, and boards. They will be responsible for hardware and software integration. They will be doing a lot of troubleshooting and problem solving to make sure that it is keeping up to standards for the new project. Will be working within communication protocols - standard protocols -ITS, SPI. They will be using device drivers, need at least some exposure to device drivers. They will be working within Input/output and integrating sensors.

They will be doing 90% development and 10% testing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree (Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc)
• Must be able to obtain security clearance
• Aerospace experience is a plus
• C++ is a plus
• Troubleshooting/testing experience is a plus
