Operations Application Analyst (PowerShell)

No C2C. W2 Only. Candidates must work onsite in Irving, TX 3 days a week.

TEKsystems is currently looking for an Operations Analyst with PowerShell and SQL scripting experience. We are looking for candidates that have previous experience supporting enterprise applications and vendor related products around networking and email/messaging. Candidates must have 3+ yrs of PowerShell, SQL querying/scripting experience within an enterprise environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Individuals with process development and automation experience. This requires 3 yrs of PowerShell and/or Python scripting and MS SQL scripting experience.

Skills:

• PowerShell scripting – use PowerShell to automate processes
• SQL scripting experience - create scripts to help with identification, removal, and upgrading of technologies from servers
• Monitoring experience - monitor scripts to reduce noise from false positives
• Network troubleshooting - research and escalate incidents that impact their applications - work with the network support team to isolate problems
