Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Lead Software Engineer with expertise in client-server environment development, embedded SW development, and the Agile development methodology. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, guiding a team of engineers in project planning, software development, and integration efforts of our software development initiatives in monitoring and control of systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from prototyping architecture concepts to overseeing the deployment of monitoring and control software for complex systems.

Hard Skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Irving, Texas.

Work Environment

You will lead a team of 4 to 5 software development engineers, including a junior engineer starting in September. The role involves hands-on software development and running projects, not project management or overseeing employees. The team collaborates closely with colleagues in Irving and Plano. The successful candidate must be a 'U.S. Person' as defined under ITAR and EAR.
