General Laborer

Waste Connections, Inc. Company has an immediate opening for a Laborer at our site in Kilgore, Texas. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday. Shift hours are 6:00 pm - 5pm.

This position requires employee to be a forward-facing individual for the community collaborating directly with citizens in assisting their needs at the Transfer Station. Direct residents to the correct disposal location based on what refuse materials they bring. Assist residents in offloading refuse in to correct locations as needed. Clean up litter around the yard, dump move and relocate refuse boxes to ensure empty ready boxes for customer use. Potential use skid steer to move larger objects and into the compactor or metal box.

Pay: $18.00 per Hour

• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Building, maintaining, and washing trucks, carts, and containers.
• Manual labor including paper picking, keeping yard clean and presentable.
• Unloading delivery trucks

Requirements :

• Possess a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift 65 pounds.
