Job Description
-This position is responsible for providing internal and external customer service for debit card related issues
-Research debit card activity to provide support to the branches by phone and email on debit card-related issues. Work with datacenter and /or third-party vendors to resolve system issues in a timely manner.
-Perform routine debit card maintenance, address changes, etc.; Research and Initiate Reg E Disputes when appropriate, including completion of all necessary documents and affidavits.
-Process debit card orders to include monthly reissue for expiring cards and any compromised card list received from Master Card.
-Verify daily card order, reports & RCM file; maintain logs related to debit cards items; serve as backup for daily ATM balancing entries.
Education
High School Graduate or equivalent education
certificate (GED)
Minimum Experience
1-2 years of banking experience
1 year of experience working with debit cards, preferred
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
Previous customer service experience, preferred
