I'm currently hiring for RF Systems Engineer opportunity in the Dallas, TX!
Hard Skills
- Produce proposal responses for Earth station antenna systems
- Generate cascade performance prediction analyses
- Generate engineering documentation including Bill of Materials (BOMs), schematics, RF system block diagrams, test procedures, technical memos, test reports, power consumption analyses, rack layouts, cabling diagrams
- Technical writing ability to explain product concepts and implementation
- Presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint
- RF analysis and trouble-shooting skills including RFI mitigation
- Theoretical analysis of key antenna performance contributors
- Theoretical analysis of digital modulations including BPSK, QPSK, OQPSK, and coding techniques
- End-to-end antenna system testing
- WGS Certification Experience with Military Standard 188-164C and ARSTRAT Phase 1 and 2 testing
Soft Skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to engage others and influence technical decisions
- Creative thinking for cost-effective solutions
- Ability to multi-task
- Effective communication of issues, impacts, and corrective actions
- Ability to clearly report information relevant to sound systems engineering design and implementation
- Understanding of basic project/program execution principles
