- Inbound and outbound phone calls from Veterans in all 50 states assisting with any questions and concerns
- Rescheduling and canceling appointments
- Explaining what packets and papers came in the mail.
- They will handle Transportation requests from the Vets to attend appointments.
- They will also handle mileage check requests.
- Candidates will navigate multi-screens and be on the phone at the same time.
Shift - M-F, 11 am-8 pm - ONSITE
First 2 weeks onsite training - 8 am-5 pm, M-F - ONSITE
Projected Start Date - May 29th
