Actalent is currently hiring for Chemist in San Antonio, TX!

Job Description:

• Process analyses to gather data for chemical pilot plant work.
• Prepare samples and perform physical and chemical analysis using a variety of equipment and instrumentation's including gas chromatography and various wet chemistry methods.
• Troubleshooting, clean and maintain instrumentation.
• Process analytical data using PC applications, make related chemical and sample related calculations and produce logbooks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry with 1 year laboratory/gas chromatography experience
• Or Masters degree in Chemistry with 0 yrs experience.
• Must have experience with gas chromatography and wet chemistry techniques.

Additional Info:

• Must have flexibility with schedule availability from 6AM - 9PM
• Some weekend work will be required but will be rare
