About the Role:
As a CBRE Mail Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with mailroom operations, shipping and receiving operations along with campus moves.
This job is part of the Office Operations function. They are responsible for providing office support to the client, business function or individual contributor.
This role is required to be on-site in Spring TX.

As a CBRE Mail Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with mailroom operations, shipping and receiving operations along with campus moves.

What will you do:
- Sort daily incoming and outgoing US Postal Mail to the designated recipient.
- Utilize some computer programs (i.e. Outlook, SC Logic tracking system, DHL shipping system, UPS shipping system, Pitney Bowes Meter Machine)
- Apply appropriate postage amounts and required services to outgoing mail and packages.
- Ship outgoing DHL and UPS packages.
- Accept and process incoming vendor packages.
- Deliver packages to mailstop locations across campus utilizing Taylor Dunn.
- Assist with campus moves.
- Deliver oversized packages/boxes to the service center.
- Handle special campus projects.
- Check and replenish, if necessary, all mail and postage supplies
- Bring mail, packages, copy products, and stationery to assigned groups or mailstop locations as per weekly schedule and/or request.
- Answer common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors and effectively present information to an internal group.
- Fill in for varies departments if needed within the logistics group.
- Understand the importance of teamwork.
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
- Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Ability to adhere to all safety guidelines per campus requirements.
