Per Diem: $100/day (for qualified travelers)
Schedule: Full‑time, long‑term project

Job Description
We are hiring experienced Commercial Painters for an active construction project in Taylor, TX. This role involves interior and exterior painting on commercial and industrial facilities. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced construction environment and performing high‑quality finish work.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial‑grade painting on walls, ceilings, structures, and industrial surfaces
- Prep surfaces including sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Mix, match, and apply paints and coatings according to specifications
- Read and follow work orders, safety guidelines, and project instructions
- Maintain clean work areas and properly store tools and materials
- Work safely on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding as required
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial or industrial painting experience
- Strong knowledge of surface prep, finish work, and paint application techniques
- Ability to use brushes, rollers, sprayers, and standard painting tools
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to the Taylor, TX jobsite
- Must follow all site safety rules and PPE requirements

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Taylor, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
